Everything appears to be gay in Amsterdam (and that includes restaurants)

One of the reasons why I wasn’t overly active on my blog in the past days is that I was abroad and while I may have one or two good travel stories to blog I just thought I make a start by sharing a photo I took in Amsterdam.

I understood it to be a LGBT pannenkoekenhuis (lit.: pancake house. A restaurant that specialises in serving the wide variety of pancakes that one can order in the Netherlands). At least it was a pannenkoekenhuis and it had the typical rainbow flag on the front.

Unfortunately it was closed by the time I spotted it. So now I’ve got to wonder between the difference of a mainstream/mainly straight & a gay pannenkoekenhuis. Would they serve pink pancakes there?
